Terms of Service

Effective August 4, 2026

These terms cover website design, local SEO, and AI receptionist services provided by Macomb Web Design (Kaden Khami), based in Shelby Township, Michigan. By booking a call, signing a project agreement, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

Services

Macomb Web Design builds and maintains websites, provides local SEO and Google Business Profile management, and sets up AI receptionist call-answering services, as described in your specific project agreement or the plan you purchase. Exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are set out in that agreement, not just the marketing copy on this site.

Pricing & payment

One-time setup pricing and monthly plan pricing are as quoted on macombweb.com or in your project agreement at the time you sign up. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are set out in that agreement. Monthly plans bill on a recurring basis starting once your project launches and can be canceled anytime, no long-term contract.

Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of design revision rounds before launch, as listed on the pricing page. Additional revisions beyond that are billed hourly at the rate shown for your plan.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website and content delivered to you. Macomb Web Design may reference completed projects (name, screenshots, general description) in its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

AI Receptionist service

The AI Receptionist relies on third-party voice and telephony platforms. Call quality, uptime, and response accuracy depend in part on those providers and on your phone carrier, and are not separately guaranteed beyond what those providers commit to.

Performance claims

Where this site states a specific, measurable commitment, that commitment applies as stated. General statements about results (more calls, more leads, better rankings) are not guarantees, outcomes depend on your business, market, and other factors outside Macomb Web Design's control.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided as described in your project agreement. Macomb Web Design's liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing monthly plan at any time; work already delivered and amounts already owed are not refunded. One-time project agreements are governed by the cancellation terms in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
