Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Macomb Web Design ("I," "me") collects through macombweb.com, why, and how it's handled. I'm a one-person studio, so this is intentionally short.
What I collect
When you submit the discovery-call form, I collect what you enter: first and last name, business name, email address, and phone number. I don't collect anything else automatically, macombweb.com does not run analytics or advertising trackers of its own.
How it's used
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
- To send you a confirmation email after you submit the form
- To follow up about a quote or project you've requested
I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The form and booking flow rely on a small number of outside services to function:
- Web3Forms — receives and routes form submissions
- EmailJS — sends the automatic confirmation email
- Calendly — if you book a time directly, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy
- Vercel — hosts this website
Each of these providers may process standard technical data (like IP address) as part of delivering their service. I don't control what they log beyond what's needed to make the form and booking flow work.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship plus standard recordkeeping. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email kadenkhami@macombweb.com to request a copy of what I have on file, ask me to correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
